sound, but that also work effectively in practice. These tools are then

enabling us to reach the hidden conflicts and resources in
the unconscious part of the mind that other therapies cannot as quickly
or effectively access.
Working
in this way
involves a higher level of skill than many traditional
hypnotherapy models that depend mainly on using
“one-size-fits-all” scripts to treat generic “problems”. Cognitive Hypnotherapy
does not focus on the problem. Instead, the focus is on the
person's way of doing what they do. And, one solution
will not fit all. Instead, you and I work in partnership to identify the
way your mind structures and sorts information and I tailor the
process to work within your model of the
world.
