can Cognitive Hypnotherapy help with?
Whatever life is bringing you if thoughts and
emotions are involved.
Cognitive Hypnotherapy
can help with a great variety of
issues. You may want to improve upon things you already do
well, such as sports performance, creativity, focus,
motivation, or energy; or you may want to eliminate
self-limiting beliefs, habits and addictions, such as
over-eating, smoking, exam nerves, phobias, panic,
stress, or the effects of trauma; or perhaps you would like
to more effectively manage physical pain or the mental and
physical issues related to health challenges, such as
depression, insomnia, hyper-tension, irritable bowl
syndrome, or recovery from injury.
If the issue you would like to address is not mentioned
here, don’t worry. Cognitive Hypnotherapy can help
with most issues where thoughts and emotions are part of the
problem. Sometimes the benefits are experienced
immediately. Sometimes the effect is cumulative. If
after the first hour of the first session, either of us
feels like I can’t help you for any reason, the session will
be free of charge.
